Entering their seventh year, The Little Lord Street Band have put the runs on the board. The Perth four-piece have been crowned Best Country Act three years straight at the West Australian Music Industry awards on the strength of their dynamic live show and three acclaimed EP releases and ‘A Minute of Another Day’ an astoundingly accomplished and rewarding debut album, landing #32 on the AU Review Top 40 Albums of 2020 alongside Tame Impala, San Cisco, DMA’s and Washington.

You know what else? The Lordies sold out their album launch at The Rosemount Hotel as well as a few regional shows on tour, added to Double J and ABC Radio on high rotation garnering love and attention from a plethora of music industry peers and community radio presenters as well as AMRAP charts, International Song Writing Competition, WAM Song of The Year Nods and wins, TLLSB hasn’t slowed down for anyone.

Not thinking anything could surpass the 2019 year of supporting Gomez (UK) and Justin Townes Earle (USA/deceased) and Ruby Boots (WA via Nashville) as well as music festivals across Australia. 2020 was the year The Lordies attempted a pivot, released their debut album amongst the noise, to create joy and celebration rather than panic and despair, hitting the road with 20 + regional dates across W.A, as far north as Exmouth and Southeast as Esperance in amongst the pandemic making hay, while there’s hay to make.
